1X20 @60% 1 RM, unbroken

5 rounds for time of:
30 double unders
10 Toes to bar

2 sets of 10 reps, per side, kneeling lateral med-ball throw

Tuesday/Wednesday: Regular schedule

Thanksgiving Day: 9-10 am & 10-11 am    *Let us know which session you will attend

Friday: 8-9 am & 9-10 am       *Let us know which session you will attend

Saturday/Sunday: Regular schedule

    Sessions will be added or eliminated based upon the attendance feedback I receive. So far there is no need for a 9am session on Thursday. I need to hear from you if we need to keep the 9am session. 🙂
