FIXING YOUR SQUAT: FALLING FORWARD, BUTT WINK, LOWER BACK PAIN

Workout of the Day
10 minute AMRAP:
10 Russian kettlebell swings 32/24 kg
1 round of “Cindy” (5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats)
REST 5 MINUTES, then:
4 rounds for time of:
400 meter run
10 burpees

We found this key in the gym.  Is it yours?  Can anyone shed some light on this “Master” key?

      Bevin–I used that video because of that guy’s beard.

      Eddie–Since Wednesday??????? That key has been in the gym since the end of July…maybe beginning of August. Some have given it a name and taken it for walks. One person suggested I charge it rent. What do mean “since Wednesday”? Remind me never to lend you anything. Oh and no wonder you couldn’t find it. I kept it carefully hidden on the barren counter in the hallway where you had to pass it 5 or 6 times a day. It was probably calling your name every time you walked by. “EDDIE, EDDIE, down here…don’t leave me…again.” 🙂

    John–I agree. I too am impressed with Joe’s special powers, but why wouldn’t Joe instruct us to click on his name in the first place. Joe, do you know how hard it is to get people to click on the highlighted article titles I post on the blog every day? Gee whiz.

    Mike– I thought the random rock video was a nice touch too. It was like hitting “re-set” in my mind after I thought, “WTF is this?”
