The Spartan Beast takes place at the ski resort at Killington in Vermont and is a 15 mile obstacle race.  There are over 20 obstacles along the route.  No obstacle is as grueling as going up and down that mountain!  Congratulations Matt!

    Kelly, great question! Something tells me George is going to make me the go-to guy on this, So here it goes,..we are in the baby steps phase of Implementation and it will all become crystal clear on how to use, very soon. I’ll be available to answering any question while i’m doing the kettle bell workout, its quite a long workout so feel free to chat it up with me in the middle of my swings
