Complex: deadlift, power clean, hang squat clean, push jerk
6 rounds for time of:
5 hang power cleans 135/95#
10 wall ball 20/14#
20 kb overhead lunge step (1 kb, 10 reps each arm)
NOTE: Get kettlebell overhead in right hand. Take 10 alternating lunge steps. Switch kettlebell to left hand, take 10 alternating lunge steps.
