Workout of the Day
5 rounds for time of:
15 wall ball 20/14#
8 hang power cleans 95/65#
6 burpees lateral over bar
REST 5 MINUTES, THEN:
Three rounds for time of:
95/65 pound Ground to overhead, 10 reps
200 meter Shuttle sprint, 50 meters there and back twice
