CROSSFIT SUFFOLK: Melissa D. Wins at The 2014 Paul Neville NPC Long Island Bodybuilding Championship

Melissa D. won the Physique division for Adult Women at the 2014 Paul Neville NPC Long Island BodyBuilding Championship!  Melissa gets her hand raised by Paul Neville right after she’s awarded her trophy!

Melissa’s competition was on Saturday.  On Sunday she headed over to CrossFit Suffolk and PR’d with her Hang Squat Clean….165lbs.!!

If I had my way, I would eliminate all future internet articles that focus on these three topics:

1. Running will kill you. Lift weights instead!

2. Carbs make you fat. 

3. Crossfit is dumb because I say so.
