Posture Made Perfect With Overhead Squats

The Poliquin staff (Charles Poliquin, strength and conditioning coach) makes the case for including overhead squats in your workouts.  Fortunately our programming includes the overhead squat so we get the benefit discussed here.  The article is especially important if you don’t like the overhead squat and question why you need to include it in your training.
