    George & Lisa- ( what Nick said ) & in my own words- I am grateful for you both & your family & everyone I do these workouts with each day- you have all continued to encourage me in my own life in more ways than you know. I can’t tell you the changes in me in the last 6mo- some seen , many unseen. All because of the choice to join CrossFit. So thankful I walked into yours! Happy thanksgiving All!!

    Kelly you are so right! I have had the same things happen. It’s amazing. I never understood how people could hang around a gym all day until now. George & Lisa are the best!! Not to mention all the awesome people we work out with every day. I wish everyone not only Happy Thanksgiving but Happy Hannukah!!
