50 Strict Pull-ups
100 Push-ups, release hands from floor at the bottom
If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.
Note: The 5k turn around point is the corner of Dougherty Street (there's a large boulder on the corner lawn!)
Scale 1: 25 pull-ups, 50 push-ups, run 1 mile (run the 800 meter run twice)
Scale 2: 15 pull-ups, 25 push-ups, 800 meter run
