1) Recording your workouts….writing down what the workout is, how it was scaled back, time, weights, reps, is your responsibility.  Please bring something to record your workouts with.  If you need help, further information or convincing why this is absolutely necessary please ask.

2) The Mehdi Pouroskoui Muay Thai Kickboxing seminar has been postponed to an undetermined date.  Mehdi became very ill after his last match in Thailand and will not be able to travel for the rest of the month.
