Paraplegic Defends Herself Against Attacker

Imminent Danger: 7 Essential Safety Rules  Generally we agree with the advice.  We do take issue with the very last line which states, "The ultimate key to safety is to radiate peacefulness whilst being alert."  We believe one should radiate deadliness while being alert.  Being fit, trained to handle yourself in a real life and death situation, being able to remain calm and emotionally detached when necessary, being at peace with yourself and having confidence from all the above will make you radiate deadliness.  The predator looking for a target may not be concerned with your peacefulness, but they will move on to another person when you radiate deadliness.  Predatory people are not looking for a challenge.  They look for a victim they believe will be quick and easy.  Radiating deadliness is not acting like a tough guy or being loud or intimidating.  Deadliness is radiated by men and women who are not trying to radiate it….they just do.  We've met certain cops, members of the military special ops community, Marines and some martial artists who fit the description perfectly.  They seem usual in any social setting, but you can tell there is something more to them than meets the eye.  Their training, experience and personal code in life radiates from every fiber of their body and every bit of their soul….they radiate deadliness and bad guys can feel it.   And they don't like it.  We welcome and encourage your comments…..especially if you disagree!

Deadliness+Peacefulness. The “bad guys” would get the sense that youd just end them and be completely comfortable with it. It just comes natural to me…people fear the 140 pound man.
