21 Overhead squats, Left arm
21 Overhead squats, Right arm
21 Turkish get-ups, Left arm
Scale the weight and reps as appropriate.
Meat, The Good Things BBQ season is about to shift into high gear. What better time than now to think about the positive side of eating meat. Vegetarians, vegans and PETA members should skip this one.
We'll be performing the Turkish Get-up with kettlebells, dumbbells or barbells, but probably not with humans!
WE WILL BE CLOSED ON SUNDAY. THERE WILL BE ONE SESSION ON MONDAY, 9AM-10AM. BE ADVISED!
