In The Cage, Pay Attention Even While Celebrating  Video of why you can't ever lose focus….even when "everything" is over.  This video reminds me–when you're done with a workout, especially a particularly exhausting workout, make it a goal not to collapse or totally lose awareness of your surroundings.  Don't allow yourself to become mentally lazy.  Train your mind and body to be able to carry on after you think the workout is done.  In real life an event may not be over when you believe it is.  You want to be strong enough physically and mentally to continue.  This requires practice.  Use the end of every workout to force yourself to stay on your feet, head up and aware of what's going on around you.
