Don't forget….the evening sessions now start at 5pm!!

The start of the new year seems like a great time to update your 1 rep and 3 rep max for the following lifts: Front squat, back squat, overhead squat, press, push press, push jerk, deadlift and bench press.  This will facilitate future strength training programming.  Know your numbers!

Some time in the near future we will be conducting the Spartan Performance PFT (Physical Fitness Test) again.  This includes push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, squats, push presses and rowing…all for a designated period of time.
