We failed to mention two outstanding performance episodes last week that we'd like to bring to your attention now: First, Mark performed his first workout as prescribed. What's the big deal? Well this particular workout included 30 Muscle-ups and Mark was born when Eisenhower was President!! Congratulations Mark…awesome job! Second, Patrick, like many of us, did the workout which began with 30 Handstand Push-ups. Unlike the rest of us, Patrick did his Handstand Push-ups full range of motion in the middle of the floor–not supported by the wall. Patrick's handstand push-ups were an amazing display of strength, balance and body control. Congratulations Patrick…awesome job!!
