Speaking of "Fran"…Patrick freshly jet-lagged and coming off a two week period of not Zoning, did the workout in 2:53 while Alex pr'd with 5:51!  Good work!

Pepio commented about the use of a "recycled" photo the other day so we decided to post a photo of him which wasn't going to be posted because, quite frankly,  it isn't very flattering but this is how we'll handle those who have a problem with a photo being used more than once.  <g>

    Thanks for the comment Paul. No matter how many times I do Fran, it doesnt get any easier, and I hate it more each time!!! George also PR’ed by 2 minuted from his previous Fran time as well!
