CROSSFIT SUFFOLK   ***  Forging Elite Fitness

 

10 minutes Handstand push-ups
5 minutes Squats
2 minutes Pull-ups
1 minute Push-ups

Scaled:  Handstand push-ups will be scaled to feet or knees elevated push-ups or Barbell Press.  Pull-ups can be substituted with jumping or band pull-ups.
