Is Canned Food Safe To Eat?

I Hate Squats  Excellent article on the topic of squats…best part, "Check your ego as the weight doesn’t matter in this case. It’s the effort. I’d have more respect for a guy who could squat 135 lbs but took the time to do it right every rep than the guy quarter squatting with 450 lbs."     -Matthieu Hertilus-

    Did the Snatch workout last night at home, concentrated on my form and getting into a full squat each time.
    One rep Max – 135
    should be in tonight see you.

    Done it
    Warm up : 5 rounds 200 m run and 20 air squat in 9min 35 sec
    Done 3 rounds in 15 minutes of:
    3 Power Cleans
    5 Pull-ups
    7 Push ups
    30 Double Unders
