3 Weighted Pull-ups

5 Burpee Box Jumps

8 Dumbbell Push Press

 

There's something you don't see in the traditional gym….two athletes with wheelchairs!

Billy does his "weighted" pull-ups by pulling his body and his chair which is strapped to him for this workout!  Billy is paralyzed from the chest down.  Billy doesn't just CrossFit, he plays Sledge Hockey too!  What we have discovered from working with athletes like Hector and Billy is that most of the "disabled" people are able-bodied people with a poor belief system or a poor attitude.
