Back by popular demand!!!  Some of the newer athletes who have met Hector Delgado heard about the Wall Street Journal video from February 1, 2010 and requested we post it again.  We enjoy this request….so without further adieu……..

If your not a fan of the UFC or of Brazilian Jiujitsu you won't appreciate the below video.  The video is an excellent analysis of what happened at the end of the Sonnen-Silva fight last Saturday.  The analysis is offered by the sons of the man who started the UFC way back in 1993!  The last minute of the video is basically a commercial for where to find a Brazilian Jiujitsu school.  Not sure what they recommend for the Long Island area, but if you ask us we'll tell you there's no need to look any further than D'Arce Brazilian Jiujitsu (Bay Shore) and Vamos Brazilian Jiujitsu (Holbrook).
