Five rounds for time of:
135 pound Back squat, 20 reps
Handstand walk 20 yards

Scaling:   (10) handstand push-ups, box push-ups or (15) feet elevated push-ups instead of handstand walking.

20 yards is roughly 2 lengths in the gym (down and back).

Scale back the weight and/or rounds.
