Martin Rooney, among other things, is the conditioning coach for Team Renzo Gracie (he trains with them as well) We don't know Rooney personally, but contacted him once by email, about three years ago, regarding what to have a fighter eat when weigh in and the fight are on the same day. Rooney not only got back to us right away, but he sent a very detailed email that was extremely helpful!

WE WILL BE CLOSED ON THANKSGIVING. THERE WILL BE SESSIONS ON FRIDAY MORNING, BUT NOT FRIDAY EVENING! THE REGULAR SCHEDULE WILL CONTINUE ON SATURDAY MORNING.
THE FRIDAY MORNING SESSIONS WILL BE AS NORMALLY SCHEDULED–8AM AND 9:30AM. PLEASE SHOW UP IN THE BEGINNING OF THE SESSION. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO USE A TRAUMATIC AMOUNT OF SARCASM TO CORRECT THOSE WHO SHOW UP WITH 15 MINUTES LEFT IN A SESSION.
Did the 400 Meter lunge walk in 15:46 it took 427 steps. to make it more fun I have a short but steep hill right in the middle of it I had to go up and down each way.
Janine did the other workout you posted, the box jumps and lunges. Her time was 13:24 on an 18 inch box (my smallest one).
