David Morgan Destroys CrossFit  Olympic Lifter from the UK does "King Kong" with a 500 lb. deadlift and 275 lb. squat clean.  Impressive, but I wouldn't characterize it as "destroying" CrossFit.  When Mr. Morgan competes in the CrossFit Games and wins without doing "crossfit" workouts then he can say he "destroyed" CrossFit.  Morgan actually validates CrossFit….I'm betting there's not too many Olympic Lifters who do muscle-ups and handstand push ups.  Speaking of muscle-ups….Morgan's muscle up method is new to us.  Morgan actually inverts himself on the rings and uses the momentum coming out of the inversion to complete the muscle up as opposed to using a kip.  Neat!
