  1. Yes you are right its only 6 to 10 min workout we can get great benifits from it if we adopt it on regular basis.

    Alvin,
    I don’t mind that you are trying to generate hits to your website, but let me tell you what I do mind:
    1) Every banana such as yourself who has commented in order to direct people to their website can’t seem to spell or use proper syntax and struggles to be clear. It’s annoying and makes me think you’re a moron. I realize you may not be, but I have only your short, misinformed comment to go by. Until I know better I’ll just assume you’re an annoying moron.
    2) It’s NOT “all about aerobic exercise”. For you to suggest this indicates you are uninformed at best and a moron at worse. I’m just going to assume you’re a moron.
