If you are reading this and your perception is that this is just another diet….WRONG! The Zone is recommended by the CrossFit community, along with the Paleo Diet, because they GET RESULTS. The athletes who have made the most dramatic changes of their physique and their performance are the ones strictly using the Zone and Paleo. The only way these "eating styles" won't work is if YOU corrupt them with your better plan.
