CROSSFIT SUFFOLK *** Forging Elite Fitness
Three rounds for time of:
Walk on hands, 100 feet
Hold handstand against wall for two minutes
15 Handstand push-ups
Post total time to comments MINUS the six minutes of static handstands.
Instruction: 100 feet= approximately 3 wall to wall lengths in the training facility
Scaling for walking on hands: If walking on hands isn't happening at this juncture of your training have a spotter hold your legs as you "walk".
If unable to hold a handstand at all then Bear Crawl. Bear Crawling is "walking" on your hands and feet….like a bear on all fours.
Scaling for handstands: Keep knees on box, with hands on the floor, close to box. Arms and torso should be vertical, resembling a handstand.
Scaling for HSPU: HSPU with knees on box as described above or feet elevated push-up.
Caution: Those performing "walk on hands" must have the ability to foward roll smoothly and efficiently.
Hector: Every step a major accomplishment
We call him "Tough Guy"….in Hector's case we mean it!
