Hang Power Cleans

Burpees

Instruction:  Perform 1 rep Hang Power Clean then 1 Burpee, perform 2 Hang Power Cleans then 2 burpees….follow the rep scheme above.  Get through the workout as quickly as possible with excellent form on every rep.
