20 Power Cleans

25 Kettlebell Swings

400 Meter Run

Scaling down:  Use boxes for dips

Scaling up:    Muscle-ups instead of dips, Handstand Push-ups instead of feet elevated push-ups and Squat Cleans instead of Power Cleans.
