185 pound Front squat, 3 reps
7 L-pull-ups

Post time to comments.

Scaling:  Use a weight that you can clean from the ground.  If you cannot hold the "L" position do a "dead-hang" strict pull-up.  If you cannot do a strict pull-up do a version that you can do and do 15 reps.
