    Regarding the meal frequency, I often find eating every 2-2.5 hours helps me from being hungry and overeating lunch or dinner time
    I guess it boils down to what works for you.

    I agree, David, most of the time. I need a day of eating only one or two meals occassionally.
    I do believe it “boils down to what works for” as far as frequency is concerned. There is a wide variety of athletes who use different methods with positive results.
    Like the news station says…”we report you decide”.
