CROSSFIT SUFFOLK   ***  Forging Elite Fitness

Seven rounds for time of:
205 pound Clean, 3 reps
4 Ring handstand push-ups

NOTE: The above workout was one of the 2010 CrossFit Games Workouts.  The men were required to do Handstand Push-ups on the rings while women were NOT required to use the rings.  The top time for men was 4:26 and for women 3:37! 

We will scale, as appropriate, the weight of the Clean and how the handstand push-up is executed.


Mike..the calm in the storm.  Matt…the chaos in the storm!  Hey, if you don't go crashing to the ground every once in a while you're probably not taking enough risk!  (No athletes or animals were hurt during this workout!)
