Ever Wonder How To Do A Handstand?  Jim Bathurst from Beast Skills with a guest post on Diesel Crew.  Jim's "How-To" articles on bodyweight exercises are awesome.  If you haven't been to the Beast Skills website we recommend a visit.  For those of you who have read Convict Conditioning Jim is the guy demonstrating all of the exercises in the book.

Oh and since I mentioned it, Convict Conditioning, while we don't care for the name, is an excellent manual for the most difficult bodyweight exercises!  One thing all the Dragon Door Publications have more so than any other strength and conditioning books is easy to follow and understand progressions.  Their books usually feature a plan complete with sets, reps and easiest to most difficult exercise progressions!  Convict Conditioning has the most in-depth progressions for bodyweight exercises we've ever seen!

Beyond The Body "CrossFit girls are beautiful-but it's more about attitude and determination than appearance."   -Louis Hayes-

Lou's a good friend of ours from Illinois and quickly becoming one of our favorite writers in the functional fitness and law enforcement communities…not to mention he's a great guy!

Speaking of controlling the body in space, bodyweight exercises and being incredibly strong, check out Encho Keryazov!  Athletes who can move heavy weight are impressive, but the athletes who can control, balance and statically hold their own weight with this degree of skill is where it's at!  Being able to do what Encho demonstrates would make for a very efficient crossfitter!
