1 Round for reps of:

 Deadlift-20 seconds on, rest ten seconds 

 Hang Power Clean-20 seconds on, rest ten seconds

  Front Squat-20 seconds on, rest ten seconds

  Push Press-20 seconds on, rest ten seconds

  Deadlift-20 seconds on, rest ten seconds

  Hang Power Clean-20 seconds on, rest ten seconds

 Front Squat-20 seconds on, rest ten seconds

  Push Press-20 seconds on

The above Tabata barbell complex should be done without putting the bar on the ground.  1 round takes four minutes to complete.  Us the same weight for all exercises…make sure you can do multiple reps with a weight you can handle for every exercise.  For most people the push press weight will be the lightest of the exercises so you will have to do every exerise at a weight you can push press, for example.
