3 rounds for time of:

25 Walking Lunge Steps

16 Overhead Dumbbell Squats (8 left hand, 8 right hand)

Use 1 DB or KB for the Overhead Squat.  Keep the arm locked overhead with the bicep close to your head.  If using a dummbell hold it with a "hammer" style grip.  Do not rest your free hand on your leg or body during the squat.  Make a tight fist with your free hand as you Overhead squat.
