Gwyneth Paltrow's Workout Routine  Short video story on Paltrow's workout.  We were embarrassed for Gwyneth while watching this.  We're reasonably sure this trainer is getting paid very well which embarrassed us even further.  The trainer came out with this pearl of wisdom, "No woman should lift more than three pounds".

No.  I'm not kidding.

At the end of the routine Paltrow says to her trainer, "You kicked my ass".

Huh?????????????????????????

This just reinforced our belief about Hollywood:  Never take political advice or fitness advice from the Hollywood elite.  Just because they're great at acting doesn't mean they are intelligent and informed in most aspects of life. 

Remember this: Actors get paid well to pretend. 

So do some trainers.

    Yeah, but it made me appreciate the way we work out!
    There’s a reason guys like us aren’t actors or the people that keep them “in shape”.
