Why Do "Fran" Twice  By Gillian Mounsey, who we had the pleasure of spending time with yesterday at CrossFit South Shore during her Gymnastics Workshop.  Gillian has competed and done well in the CrossFit Games, finishing 3rd in 2008, has a vast amount of gymnastics experience and is an excellent coach.  We highly recommend this outstanding workshop!  Gillian is uniquely qualified to present this workshop as she understands not only pure gymnastics, but what is needed to improve as a CrossFitter.   The CrossFit Gymnastics Certification course was a worthwhile experience, but if we had to choose between the two we would go with Gillian's Workshop.  Gillian's Workshop offered more "take home" exercises and information.
