Congratulations to Bevin and Veronica!  They recently completed the 100 Day Burpee Challenge!  The 100 Day Burpee Challenge has a dramatic effect.  We know of many who started it but very few who finished.  Those who finished it made great strides in their endurance and mental toughness!
