Workout of the Day
Weighted Push-ups: Find your 1 rep max
Note:  Use bumper plates.  Kneel and place a bumper plate on your upper back.  Get into push-up position and do push-ups!  Use a placer/spotter for multiple plate push-ups.
5 rounds for time of:
7 hang power cleans 95/65#
7 box jumps 24/20″
7 handstand push-ups
