CROSSFIT SUFFOLK: Powered By SPARTAN PERFORMANCE
“Light is the most potent agent to synchronize your internal body clock that regulates circadian rhythms, which in turn also regulate energy balance,” said study senior author Phyllis C. Annmarie,
You now how people text LMFAO?
When you see me you’ll notice my behind is completely gone!
So everyone else knows what Annmarie is talking about:
Joe mentioned today’s workout sometime last week. I thought, to myself, what a great workout to do for all the people running Saturday’s Spartan Race in Citifield! (Don’t beat Joe..it wasn’t his idea to do it, he just brought it up.)
Everyone who did it today seemed to enjoy the challenge and everyone did better than they thought they would. Angelo has the time to beat 10-something…maybe 10:06.
See you tonight!
It was definitely doable and yr right george i did better than i thought i would
