Workout of the Day
Back Squat: 1X20 w/60% 1 rep max + 20 lb

NOTE: Do the 20 reps unbroken.  If you were unable to do the 20 reps unbroken last week do not add weight this week.

For time:
42 Wall Ball 20/14
21 Hang Power Snatch 95/65
30 Wall Ball
15 Hang Power Snatch
18 Wall Ball
9 Hang Power Snatch

Optional:

Single-Arm Plank:  15 seconds on each side.  If you completed 15 seconds on each side do 30 seconds on each side.
